About My Blog




The aim of my blog is to help me work through the things I have recently found challenging. When I say recently, I mean in the past 5 years. And when I say 'things', I mean my life.

I woke up one morning about 7 months ago (July 2012) and I looked in the mirror and felt unfamiliar with the reflection.I needed to do something to quieten the chattering in my brain.

I am unsure of the direction this blog will go, but I do know I will be talking about motherhood, kids, pets, birthday cakes, Personal Training, my 12 Week Body Transformation(s) and maybe even a book review here and there. At this stage I cannot commit to the frequency nor volume of the posts, but I can tell you, I am committing to this. 

My expectation is that through sharing bits of me with this leaf of the Internet, I will be able to trace a meaningful path from who I remember myself to be, to who I am today...fingers crossed I come a full circle.

My motivation to create this blog was a weely surprise task in Round 1 2013 of the Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation. (12wbt)

My inspiration to creat this blog is a friend of mine I went to school with whoes blog has become her livelihood. (covet.collect.connect)
