I am Louise

 This is me on the 9 February 2013, in Brisbane

I am a mother and a wife

I am 1.61cm tall and have sensitive skin

I first trained to be a chef

I then studied to become a computer programmer

I am about to start a Personal Trainers course

I live in Mossy Point, on the New South Wales South Coast, Australia

I have dual citizenship for South Africa and Australia

I am social media shy - and by doing this blog I am stepping out of my comfort zone - BIG TIME

I love to bake and cook

I love to do weight training

I love it when my kids are not fighting with each other

I believe in God and I am a Christian

I believe counselling can carry you through difficult times and deliver you safely on the other side

I miss my family so much and wish that one day we all live in the same country again
